There may be similar wording, such as in the topmost section under "About Libernesia" which includes "At its heart, Libernesia is about spreading freedom around the world. Based on libertarian principles, it seeks to promote a world where people are free to live their lives as they see fit, without interference from the state." The contents there are impressive and informative enough for me to understand Libernesia and its founding. So the question might be whether others will perceive the current contents as sufficient and clear.
Besides, if I were to add that sentence, I would change "providing" to "promoting". I think freedom can not only be obtained externally, like improving freedom in the social sphere and the environment around us, but also mentally, for example promoting freedom as a value people would attach more importance to.
