What is the difference between Libernetia and Liberland?

Liberland is one of the most famous countries that offers E-Residency. I have a question, but I think Libernesia is geographically located in the same place as Liberland. Could someone please tell me the specific differences in terms of geography, systems, etc.?

We're geographically close but aren't located in the same place, instead, our land is some distance south of LIberland.

I read your post. Thank you for your geographical explanation. I was impressed by how you spoke about "freedom" from such a wonderful perspective. In particular, I think that the decentralized network nation you mentioned could be a hint for the future of the world when thinking about freedom. By taking advantage of the existence of this decentralized network, I felt that there was a possibility for a future where people from Libernesia could work online from anywhere, have a digital passport from Libernesia, and live freely while traveling the world using the digital passport. Now that true freedom is a rare value, I would like to think more deeply about it.
